If you're vegan, be sure to ask for your dish without eggs. Dishes without eggs listed on the menu sometimes contain eggs. The stop seating half an hour before they close, although they can do take out until 10 minutes before they close.

Be prepared to ask a lot of questions at this place. Items labeled vegetarian likely contain fish sauce or oyster sauce. Soups labeled as vegetarian are made with chicken broth half the time. I ordered a salad listed as having lettuce, carrots, cucumber, jicama, and broccoli served with a peanut dressing, and what they brought out was spears of raw celery, broccoli, carrots, and cucumber with a side dish of peanut dressing/sauce/dip. It wasn't a salad at all, and it was missing the lettuce and jicama. The entree I ordered was fine, they were nice enough to substitute baby corn for mushrooms for me. Granted, there's not a ton of veg friendly places to go in Fridley, so this would do in a pinch, but don't bother making a special trip.
