Mostly Chinese and Japanese veggie food
Tasty, cheap and mostly vegan. The menu is marked with little egg symbols on the few non vegan dishes, though these can often be made without egg. Some items have tofu or Buddhist style fake meats. They also have 'Hawaiian rice'.

95% of the menu is vegan and the food is great. It's a casual sit-down restaurant that's good for lunch. Lot's of meat substitutes.

I wish I could get to Bean Sprouts more often. The restaurant is clean, the food is well prepared, and the service is excellent.
