The Chan Shun Dining Commons is a large, open, bright and welcoming space where AUC community members, and often people from neighboring towns, will come to dine. The chef prepares a delicious, huge buffet of vegetarian food three times a day during the week and twice daily on Sabbath and Sunday. Public invited to their all-you-can-eat vegetarian & vegan dining.
