Spanish Tapas
This tapas restaurant has a couple of vegan selections. Most of the ensaladas are vegan (or can be made vegan), as are a number of the tapas frias (marinated Spanish olives, balsamic artichokes, grilled mushrooms etc.).

Ibérico is one of the better tapas places in the city. There are quite a view vegetarian options with things that are vegan friendly or can be made vegan. It's quite large, and so it's nice for gatherings of groups of people.
